If your ticket is confirmed but you haven’t received it yet, there’s usually no need to worry. This is commonly caused by email delays or spam filtering.
First, please check the following
Before contacting support, please check:
Spam / Junk / Promotions folder in your email
The email address used during booking
WhatsApp messages (if enabled for your booking)
In most cases, the ticket email is delivered within a few minutes after confirmation.
When can ticket delivery take time?
Ticket delivery may take slightly longer if:
The booking was confirmed recently
Airline systems are slow to sync
There is a temporary email delivery delay
Please allow up to 30 minutes after confirmation.
What should I do if I still haven’t received it?
If you have not received your ticket after 30 minutes:
Please raise a support request through the Help Centre
Share your Booking ID and passenger name
Our team will resend the ticket or assist you further.
Is my booking still valid if I haven’t received the email?
Yes.
If your booking shows confirmed, your ticket is valid even if the email has not been received yet.
Email delivery issues do not affect your booking status.
Travelling within 24 hours?
If your travel date is within 24 hours and you have not received your ticket:
Please raise a support request immediately
Mention your Booking ID and travel date so we can prioritise it
Before contacting support
Most ticket delivery issues are resolved by checking your email folders or waiting a few minutes.
If the issue continues, our team will be happy to help once you share your Booking ID.
