Some flights on FlightsMojo are booked under a Group Fare category. These fares are pre-purchased by FlightsMojo or its authorised suppliers from airlines and offered to customers at lower prices.
Passengers do not need to book as a group to avail these fares.
What Does “Group Fare” Mean on FlightsMojo?
FlightsMojo or its suppliers pre-purchase seat inventory from airlines under group contracts
These seats are sold individually to customers at discounted prices
Even if you book as a single passenger or family, the ticket may be issued under a Group Fare PNR
This is why the airline may handle the booking differently from a regular individual ticket.
How Will I Know It’s a Group Fare?
You are informed at multiple stages of the booking process:
A Group Fare notice is shown on the payment page before booking
The same information is included in your booking confirmation email
Where applicable, the information is also shared via WhatsApp
There are no hidden conditions.
Booking Confirmation & PNR
Your booking is 100% confirmed
Your airline PNR is valid and active
Seats are already secured with the airline
There is no risk of waitlisting or overbooking.
Passenger Name Visibility on Airline Website
Passenger names may not appear immediately on the airline’s website
Names usually reflect within 12 hours prior to departure
This is normal for group PNRs and does not affect your travel or seat confirmation.
Web Check-in for Group Fare Tickets
Web check-in generally opens after 9:00 PM on the day before departure
Before this time, airlines may restrict online check-in for group fare bookings
If online check-in is unavailable, passengers can check in directly at the airport.

Will you guys be sending any confirmation mail or message once the PNR is available and conformed on the airline's website?
Do I get refund in case of cancellation of flight in group fare booking.

can I get a customer care contact number atleast
To get a boarding pass they check the out going & coming back ticket. Could it be a problem while showing them a group ticket where name is not seen.
